About Marshall Snyder
Marshall Snyder cared for his elderly mother who, prior to her death, had Lewy Body Dementia, a form of dementia characterized by symptoms of both Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. Can we keep Mom or Dad out of the nursing home? Can a family member care for them? If they go into a nursing home, who pays and how much? Can Medicaid take the house? Marshall Snyder has first hand knowledge and experience with these issues. AREAS OF REPRESENTATION include; Elder Law ; Nursing Home Planning including Medicaid Planning for nursing home eligibility; Medicaid Annuities for asset eligibility; Miller Trusts for income eligibility; Probate; Special Needs Trusts; Guardianships; Conservatorships; Wills and Estate Planning; Powers of Attorney for financial affairs and health care; and V.A.
